A Green Team refers to a group of Indorama employees who are interested in minimizing the environmental impacts of our business and teaching fellow co-workers about sustainable practices. It can be challenging for employees to effect change on their own. A Green Team acts as a support group for implementing and facilitating sustainable practices. The Green Team helps build connections amongst colleagues that are in different work teams; foster and encourage socialization among Indorama employees within and outside the work environment; and encourage collaboration between the 24 Waterway and IVTC offices. Overall, the Green Team will engage a larger portion of both offices in sustainability.
